The service
Roadways Express LLC operates a private chauffeur service with one Chevrolet Suburban, driven by the owner, on request.
Booking
A booking is confirmed once payment is accepted and the driver has confirmed availability. Requests are subject to the driver's schedule.
Prices
The price is based on distance and estimated duration, with a $50 minimum. Waiting time beyond the grace period is billed at $1 per minute and charged after the ride.
Changes and cancellation
Rides can be changed or cancelled up to one hour before pickup. Cancellations inside that window are refunded automatically; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
Passenger conduct
Smoking is not allowed. Passengers must wear seat belts and keep the vehicle clean; cleaning costs caused by a passenger may be charged.
Delays and liability
Traffic, weather and road conditions can affect arrival times. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride concerned.
