How is the price calculated?
The price is calculated automatically from the real route: distance in miles plus estimated driving time. The minimum fare for any ride is $50.
Is there a waiting fee?
Yes. Waiting time beyond the free grace period is billed at $1 per minute and added to the final total after the ride.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can change or cancel your ride up to one hour before the pickup time. A cancellation within that window is refunded automatically to the card used.
Which vehicle will pick me up?
Every ride is served by the same immaculate Chevrolet Suburban, with black leather seats, captain seats and generous luggage space, driven by the owner.
Do you serve Miami airports?
Yes, we serve MIA and FLL, plus city, inter-city and interstate trips on request. Flight arrivals are monitored so the pickup matches your landing.
How do I pay?
Payment is made online by card at the end of the booking, through our secure payment provider. No cash is needed.
Do I need an account?
No. You can book as a guest and track your ride with your confirmation code. An account simply saves your details and your ride history.
