Data we collect

First name, last name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination addresses, ride date and time, and the history of your rides.

To provide the ride you booked, contact you before pickup, send your confirmation and receipt, and keep the legal record of the trip.

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number; we only keep the payment status and amount.

Addresses and coordinates are sent to our mapping provider to calculate the route, distance and duration used for pricing.

We send transactional emails only: confirmation, changes, reminders, receipt and thank-you message. No marketing emails.

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the providers needed to deliver the ride (payment, maps, email) and when required by law.

Ride records are kept for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time by email.
